11-13 year olds

arm preparation, strength and conditioning, mechanics, control, introduction to change-up, holding base runners, bunts

14 and up

arm preparation, strength and conditioning, mechanics, pickoffs, bunts, strengthen breaking ball muscles, learn variety of pitches

8-10 year olds

basic positioning, stance, footwork and throwing technique, introduction to blocking balls

11 and up

positioning, stance, footwork and throwing technique, blocking, calling game, strength and conditioning

All classes will also work on fielding as part of the overall training program.
